Victoria24 commits to:
I will go to the gym 4 days per week. On non gym days, I will walk at least 3000 steps. If I can’t get to the gym because I am away or for some other reason, I can complete a 6km walk or do a minimum 20 min strength or core workout at
home. Being sick or having a severe arthritis flare up will allow an exception but on those weeks I can have a max of two days off (unless violently ill)
