I'm beginning this commitment on Monday, April 30. I'll finish on Monday, May 14. I don't have a way to weigh food, but I'm sticking to: 3 meals, no snacks; 1 plate at each meal; no sugar, no flour; and the Bright Line rules regarding protein/grain/fat/veggies at each meal!!!
