DavidOrtega commits to:
- Not eat until 05/08/18 9 a.m. I can only have water, coffee or milk.
- Work out on my way back from the cardiologist for a minimum of 60 minutes. I must do 2x4 sets of resistance training. - Tidy up the house for m30 minutes, starting with the dishes and my office. - Do my morning pages after my workout.
