Mostly went great but then mothers day came with sweets from the kids and I had no chance to say no. ? Then had dispute with dh and that triggered binge eating in no small way? Will they again at some other time. Just not now as my mindset isnt right. |

Didn‘t have dinner Friday night, as I was still full from cake and coffee! Today I want to not eat or drink anything that‘s not on the BLE plan.? |
