- not masturbate until Monday 10 a.m.
- be in bed tonight at 3:00 a.m. sharp. - only eat two bags of popcorn at the movies and nothing else until 6:00 p.m. - at work, only eat what I bring with me to work. I can only add a little brie cheese fondue, salsa, olives and guacamole from work and orange slices in my soda water.
