DavidOrtega commits to:
...from 05/14-18/18, go to the gym at 10:30 a.m. or as soon as I wake up, brush my teeth and make my bed.
Each workout must consist of 30 minutes on the elliptical followed by 12 sets of resistance training. I can end with another 30 minutes on the elliptical. The only exception to that is if my back gives me any problem.
