DAY 9 Clarification Required ... Weekends prove to be very challenging. Its not that I cannot skip the ice creams. It's just that I feel guilty for dumping the weekend ice cream day. What I did was to simply take a spoon or two from Mo. That is ok. The good thing is, it prompted him to ditch the rest of the ice cream too. I do need to find a good, equally fun, substitute for ice cream day. Mo came from MY and bought 1 big pack of tobleron. I had 1 piece. That is also ok - just for the spirit of it. The funny thing is, I no longer feel the urge to actually eat it. It's almost become a burden. Whoa, is that me talking??! |

DAY 7 Mission Accomplished! TODAY Easy peasy as it is only me in the house. No temptation at all. Keep it up! NEXT Tomorrow I will go to the market and buy nutritious food for myself and something fun and healthy for the kids. |

DAY 6 Mission Hiccup... LAST NIGHT Had a bakery. Mo's pasalubong. I didn't eat proper dinner so when the bakery appeared, will power was at its lowest. CAP Already told Mo to simply bring kanomchip next time and skip the bakery. Never skip dinner... :) TODAY Great recovery. Did not eat sugar/processed foods. Had a yummy tumeric ginger tea - my new coffee! |
