- leave for a 90 min-workout at 10:30 a.m.
- be back home by 1 p.m. and eat only egg whites and veggies with either one single rice cake or 1/4 cup of oatmeal and nothing else until 3:30 p.m. - not eat more than 1/2 cup of cereals until 05/16/18. - work 2 sessions of 2 hour blocks of time on "Trigger" with no more than 10 min break in between. - go to a boxing session at 7:15 p.m.
