DavidOrtega commits to:
- eat egg white, lentil soup, veggies and 1/4 cup of oatmeal after my workout and nothing until 3:30 p.m. I cannot take a nap until 4:00 p.m.
- at work, I can only eat what I bring with me with a little Brie cheese fondue, salsa and guacamole and nothing else. - I can also have one serving of fruit after my workout.
