| I feel like I am gaining control of my alcohol consumption, however I feel like the arbitrary four-standard-drink per session line I drew for myself may be stricter than it needs to be. Not copping out! Just observing. Last Saturday I paced myself very well over a long night (8pm-3am roughly) and though I had more than four standard drinks I don't believe I had more than four standard drinks worth of alcohol (40g = 40ml) in my blood at any one point. Either way I was in complete control. | |
