- not eat more than 1/2 cup of cereals (includes oatmeal and cereals) until 05/23/18.
- work for 4 hours (no more, no less) on "Trigger" starting no later than 10 a.m. - not eat any bread and no more than 1/2 cup of shelled peanuts. - work out 60 minutes minimum, including 12 sets of resistance training.
