It worked! Completed a 72 hour fast this week. Much easier than last week. I'll eat this weekend and then back to another fast next week. Try to keep the carbs to 30-40 on the weekend. Feeling really good about my progress.

Fasted last week to jump start ketosis. IDM suggested a 3-4 day fast this week. Started last night and going until Friday 11am on KetoAide fast.
