| Thankfully I managed to lose weight weekend away notwithstanding. I am unfortunately not working out as much as I would like to this week as I have a cold :-( | |

| Very glad to report that week one has been very successful despite the conference in the middle. This week is crazy workwise and am going away for the weekend, but determined to remain committed!! | |
