The 28 day food reset is over! It made me feel really good. I've been drinking so much water. Eating a piece of deliciously glutenous toast was like heaven. Today I weigh ___. I'm not comfortable with weighing myself anymore, because my weight fluctuates a lot and it makes me unhappy when I see I've "gained" a kg I thought I'd lost so I don't want to continue doing that. I am exercising VERY regularly, still 6 days a week. I'm getting stronger and those I am close with tell me I look a little different. It's mainly nice exercising regularly, I don't care about the weight that much. If I don't feel like doing a big sweaty workout I'll work on my arms or legs or abs on the floor for 15-20 minutes and call it a day. It's still so much better than what I used to do. So I did measure myself a little while ago and I think I'll use that to chart change instead of the weight.
Last night was my first night out post reset. I drank wine and beer and got really drunk and sad and when I got home I was dizzy and I threw it all up. This morning I felt gross and hungover and today I am slow and lazy. I don't think I'll keep drinking those beverages. Very sugary, very bad for you... I just don't feel like it anymore. I'd recommend the reset to people.
Bread is delicious but during the reset I found a lot of ways to substitute it and choose healthier options instead of it, so I don't think I'll be tempted to go back to just eating it as a snack like I used to.
So far so good. I want to start a more intense workout but I don't know how I'll go with that. I'll try it anyway. Need to do more cardio as well.

So far so good... I've decided to start a 28 day food reset program with Casey Ho from Blogilates so I'm paying close attention to what foods I eat. I love eating lots of veggies and healthy snacks, and the 28 day reset helps me be mindful before I grab for whatever is in front of me when I'm hungry. I'm cutting out dairy, gluten, processed food, added sugar, beer and wine (mostly) for 28 days alongside exercising 6 days a week. I'll see how I go with this, hopefully I will lose a kilo or 2 because I'm kind of freaking out about reaching 61kg in 3 months, as I weigh 67-68 right now. After my exams are over I'm going to begin either PIIT28 with Casey or HIIT with Ashley Freeman. Something to really get me quickly SHEDDING THEM FATS AND GETTIN RIPPED. I've been going on the treadmill for 30 minutes daily when I don't do blogilates, and yesterday I ran for 20 minutes straight, more than I think I've ever run. So that was very encouraging.
