To get better sleep I commit to the following. being in bed by 8:30 and read, so leaving the office at 5:45 lock away my cell phone as soon as I get home. No work at home.
Drink half a cup of decafe and regular in small class, and add water.

did not go to sleep on time. the phone issues has been worked out, and so is the coffee. this week i could acomplish

i actually made this goal this week. due to matcha. it cut down the caffine amount and lack of wi fi on the mobile device. sometimes it takes an 2nd element in order to make things work. we can not keep doing the same thing and expect different responses.

1) set alarm for 815. brush my theeth at that time.
2) when i call Ruby today. say we need to leave at that time.
