DavidOrtega commits to:
- Go to bed every night no latter than 3:00 a.m. without exception. I can read, be on my iPad or play Nintendo 3DS in bed until I fall asleep.
- Sleep no less than 6 hours per night. No exception. Should I wake up before that, I have 10 minutes to go back to bed and complete my 6 hours of sleep. - Only go online on my desktop or laptop between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., the only exception being if I absolutely need to access something for my movie or finances.
