I commit to meditating one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening.
This should be absolutely possible for the length of one month, but it is also difficult. My motivation is that results should be clearly visible at the end of the month. Measurable in: levels of concentration, equanimity and clarity both during and after meditation. I've wanted to do begin making big steps towards this goal for years now and am unwilling to wait longer.
