Yesterday was in studio for 5am checking cameras from night before. I use the calm breathe bubble when I am very busy in mind. Drove back from mum's last night. Did mindful breathing in car. Mindful breaths are my formal evening practice right now and that is my gentle start to meditation in evenings. Compound interest. |

First time doing it in ages. Breathing so much better after 5 mins. Will do 5 mins twice a day every day now. Shaking all over doing it today. Shaking through lack of breath going through the belly. Super chilled after. Delighted you set these up. I'm going to set up a love making one with tracy. Daily exercise ? |
