I did it! 12 weeks and I didn't miss my goal of working out not ONE time. Here are the statistics: I dropped 30 lbs. I started off bench pressing 100 lbs. I ended on 300 lbs. My military press was 90 lbs. It ended up 185 lbs. Both my squats and deadlifts started at 120 lbs. Now I can lift 250. I am definitely stronger than before. |

Two more weeks to go, and I can feel myself getting stronger! I hope that I can make it to the end. |

Week 9 complete, and I can't believe the progress that I made! I am making huge gains in the gym. Before I know it, I will reach this goal. Now isn't the time to get cocky. |

It's been a crazy week but yes, I am glad to report I got five days in last week. I'm also feeling good that I got three cardio sessions in this week. |
