| Two times last week. Now is the week of the race and I am so sick. Tuesday today, not sure I can run Saturday. It's just wait and see now. | |

Yes, three times, so now back on the overall total also. Did an 8.4 km Sunday to top it off, really slow, good. Today is Wednesday and I have not been running yet this week. Hope for tonight. |

| 3 this week!All short but good enough. Still 1 behind. The coming period includes travel and I cannot run there this time. Hope to at least do two when I get back home (Thurs-Sun) | |
