I commit to lifting weights 3 x a week and going to one class for 32 weeks commitment ending on (29/02/2019). Ideally on Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday. I will report to Anna with a screenshot of my coach.me on Friday afternoons. If I get sick, I can pause for a week or two, but must check in every Friday per normal to update. If I am traveling I can find a gym or use bodyweight exercise. In the event of serious injury I will check in every Sunday as normal but will aim to restart ASAP.
