Meditate at center for 20 mins 3x (not in a class)

Reading- SAA Green Book, Blue Truth

Meditation- 180 minutes/week-40 mins max per day

No Pornography- pictures, gifs, or videos.If watched at all, and for each additional 10 minutes watched, add 6 Recovery Meetings to Meetings Goal.

I've decided before the challenge starts to not hold myself accountable for the "No pornography" provision. This is because I don't want to set myself up for failure and also want to explore other ways of staying sober than just using stickk- outlined in this challenge as attending meetings and reading the green book.

Lets say that IF I do stay sober for the three weeks that I will reward myself with a new swim suit and a pint of bananas foster ice cream :)
