| Week has been mixed. Some tougher days at work where I really felt the urge and kept wanting to put my fingers in my mouth. Learned that looking at them is not a good idea all the time as it can trigger thoughts of putting my fingers in my mouth. Weekend seems to be easier. | |

| After a few close calls in the first few days, the last half of the week has been much smoother. I have found myself moving my fingers to my mouth less and am identifying situations where I get the urge to. Thanks to Wen-han for keeping on me. | |

| I’ve only just started my commitment to stop biting my nails. So far so good, but my biggest concern is that I will bite them without thinking. It’s become Singh an ingrained habit for me now. Watch this space.... | |
