4. Choose once a week for a break for movies/TV (two-three hours but at one time, not spread out over a day or days).
5. Go to the YMCA three times a week.

I met my commitment, which is fine. For my next though, I'm going to restrict the goals to only a few. I think I can meet some of the commitments I've had the last four weeks, and try to meet others.

Thanks Brian for the encouragement. I think in general I'm living a more healthy life, with more sleep and energy. Good luck with your commitment too.

I'm starting a heavier schedule now, so it is harder to keep these commitments, so for the next set of goals, I'm going to concentrate on one or two things and hope I can maintain the habits I've been working on. It may be a heavy lift, but we'll see.
