Somehow, I've failed at this in week 1. I gave myself some slack, thinking that my half-hourly stretches at my desk filled the gap, but these were included in my agreement as *additional* to the main goal, so they really don't count. Honesty compels me to not check in for this week :/

How can I make sure I make this a priority? Well, my mornings are always a work in progress, and I can try this as a highly assertive start to each day: get up just half an hour earlier on weekdays (6:30AM), and do two things: pray (contemplatively), and stretch. That's a ripper start to the day, and it will make it feel less like 'one more thing' I have to squeeze in before I start my Liberty day. It'll be done before I even take Pris to school.
