| Dave has done an exceptional job with the first week and a bit of this commitment. Last week there were a couple of days where he didn’t stick to the letter of the rules as he had unauthorised whisky but even on these days he had substantially less alcohol than usual, and kept with the Scilly lifestyle. He also went for several runs. This week he has started spectacularly with two alcohol free days. We agreed that tonight (tuesday 2nd) it would be fair for him to have two g&ts as well as two glasses of wine if he wants to. I hope he is feeling very proud of the start he has made. | |
