have made tremendous progress in this area except that it is not as straight forward as the rest. I had to actively question my mental state and had some revelations: 1) you can NOT control how you FEEL 2) you can ONLY control the THOUGHT (framing) behind the feeling and ACTION, thus indirectly influencing the emotion in the direction you want.
