Limiting sugar Star this Commitment
Week 13 of 13

Bhogen commits to:
Eat no sugar outside of post workout drink. If I have cravings, then eat fruit. Only have desert at my parents if I am offered it. for the next 3 months. I should try to make some sugar free deserts on my own.

I've been doing horrible all week. I've basically been stress eating a ton. And I'm sick. Will try to do better next week

Just saw this after I texted you. You have been doing really well, seriously, I'm proud of you. Any strategies for November? I know fam is a trigger for you to eat sweets. Perhaps tell your mom of your goal? Maybe ask her if she could try working with sugar substitutes. She's a phenomenal cook, she might really enjoy the challenge, especially if she's doing it to help you. Get her in on your goal, moms like mom jobs and giving help/advice:)
