My wonderful day starts with a moderate and nutritious breakfast. A fruit, a high protein muesli, and a cup of ginger tea can satiate me. No junk food will enter my mouth.
It takes 66 days to form a new habit. So I set this daily target for 9 weeks.

To little sleep really put me into junk. Focus on nice and sufficient sleep is the key to appetite control!!! | |
