My wonderful day starts with a moderate and nutritious breakfast. A fruit, a high protein muesli, and a cup of ginger tea can satiate me. No junk food will enter my mouth.

It takes 66 days to form a new habit. So I set this daily target for 9 weeks.

To little sleep really put me into junk. Focus on nice and sufficient sleep is the key to appetite control!!!

I am getting better and better each week! I have a variety of green smoothies every day and I have very positive mood each time after i drank the smoothies!

I had smoothie and ginger tea every morning. They keep me hydrated, full and energetic! I am now on Fasting-Mimicking diet. But after i finish it on Wed, on Thursday morning I am going to resume my green smoothie days! I really love to include them in my breakfast and lunch. I can feel my microbiome is really transforming!

I can practice having my green smoothie and tea only for my breakfast. I enjoy all my smoothies and I believe I can achieve great success with them!
