| In a bar, it’s midnight. I just ate salad. They have no protein that isn’t breaded so tonight I’m very thankful for salad. 😬 | |

| Day 2 is done. Bright Lines are SO bright. Today there were doughnuts and Halloween candy offered to me. But I refused and I must have refused with conviction because they didn’t offer a 2nd time. I was so tempted to take some extra bites while preparing dinner but I restrained. And my blood sugar number is already fully reflecting the benefits. I haven’t weighed myself yet. Those numbers can really throw me so I’m waiting. I can get obsessed with the numbers. I’m hoping I can wait until my doctors appointment. Hopefully it will be a pleasant surprise. | |

| I have been on this healthy path since February 4, 2018. My weight started at 203 which was not my top weight but the weight I crept back up to after losing down to 160 three years ago. As of recent I lost back down to 160 but have gained back to 172 and have struggled to get back on track. My goal weight is 140 or lower. This two week commitment is about regaining my healthy path by my next doctor appointment that is in 2 weeks. So far it has been nothing but a terrible struggle to get back on track but I heard of StickK today and I’m feeling a new motivation I didn’t know I had. This is a good thing and just in time. | |
