| Meditated this morning. Headache.... very frustrated and want to do work. Cannot sit still for the last 30 min | |

| Yesterday meditation is more like falling asleep, does not have much consciousness on what really happen. Lot of fear of meditation at night, does not feel safe. Map to kelvin state no to meditate after 9pm. | |
