3 meals max; 3 hr. between meals, meals don't exceed 60 min. No F/S, Send fotos to MH/SB/JM before 1st bite, fotos 80% of the time, nothing between meals except food I must taste that I'm making for others; up to 2 BLT’s allowed/day, Nothing that's not on foto except w/ permission from MH/SB/JM BEFORE EATING. If I can't do foto, then I have to get it all in front of me & verbally commit BEFORE 1st bite (i.e., NO 2nds) - unless rest of food still being cooked - but still must commit aloud 90%
