Used 7 min forgiveness meditation to help me overcome what I perceived as a transgression. Have been leaning into brief (1-2 min) intention setting in the morning, while in bed to set an intention for the day. I think it is helping me connect more to my deeper knowing.

One pre-season ski workout + pilates + walking. All good. Want to make it 2 pre-season ski workouts.

I find the time for reflection comes up naturally for me when I awaken in the morning. Setting an intention and (a couple of) goals for the day sets the foundation for success.
