Went to the gym today it was boring workout but I did it cardio and weights very repetitive

Day one: I don’t want to look at this as a weight loss journey but rather an acceptance of myself and see what happens. I went to the gym today and did weights then a friend asked if I wanted to run. I said no it’s too cold!! And I was sweaty. But she really wanted to and I hadn’t run in soooo long that I decided to go. It was one of the best runs I had. She said to me WOw! You had a great pace I could barely keep up! It felt great. So glad I went
