Hi Somebodya! Thanks for your support, much appreciated! :) This 10 week period didn't go well but I start to get back on track. The problem was that I just tried to escape and bury my head in the sand instead of facing the challenge. I realised that the main problem is not that I fail at times. The problem is the way I handle failure. I learned that instead of beating myself up I should accept that failures are part of the learning process. I have to remind myself that only because I failed today doesn't mean I'll fail tomorrow too. It's only temporary (like everything in life). So I just have to stop and think what went wrong and why and then move forward. |
