Adhere to 4 Bright Lines of: (1) no sugar (i.e., no packaged food item where sugar or sugar equivalent ingredient is third or higher ingredient on package item); (2) no flour (i.e., bread, cereals using processed flour, flour-based tortillas, breaded foods, croutons, crackers except Triscuits, etc.); (3) eat only 3 meals per day - i.e., breakfast, lunch and dinner; and (4) accurately measure / estimate food quantities and record food eaten daily. No chocolate, no diet soda
