Tracking my nutrition via lose it app and maintaining a maximum caloric intake of 1500 calories per day. Exceptions include Christmas Day, Boston wedding day, Boston date night, January 3rd, and one cheat meal on Saturday or Sunday each week. A maximum of 2 drinks of alcohol per week on Saturday or Sunday.
