1. Benson technique meditation in the morning + evening

2. Abbreviated progressive muscle relaxation + yoga breath; breaks and lunch at work/ use in a target manner as needed in stress inducing situations

3.Tabulate common stress triggers + stress reducing self-statements + practice 3 times a week (weekends are good & weekdays when I am not at the gym)
