Chris will take a video measuring his waist at the fattest part (across my belly button) and it will measure 32" or less. If so I will pay him back his initial bet + more! Measurement will be while he is sucking in trying to make it as small as possible. Video will be sent to me to judge showing that Chris is holding the measuring tape taut, but not so tightly that fat is hanging over the tape.
