I am still planning my following day. I need to make it a fun task like exercise. I act as my time bank is always there full of milllions of minutes. I need to claim Psalms to count our days. Also, exercise is instant gratification whilst planning is delayed gratification. I need to create time

My commitment needs a daily energy boost but it did not go away. Still doing it.

My commitment is not gone away however, I still find myself being hijacked by the fear/agitation around new stuff that comes constantly at me. I won't give up as this is my way of doing thing differently always. I realised that when I am the stage of planning for the following day, I am occasionally reluctant to do "more" for my planning. If next day goes via the planning, things will go faster and smoother.
How can I ensure that I will plan for the following day work/myself no matter what?
1-My emotions need to serve me instead of hinder me.
2-
Why I am not feeling as this is a new habitual way of doing things? Because I don't do it daily but only when I have to.(seems on top)
Why I am not looking at the calendar on a daily basis as I should? Because I operate randomly based how I feel not by structure and plan.
How can I make this pleasurable, enjoyable and easy? By rewarding myself when a plan made me better of the following day.
