My mother passed away last March 7 her funeral March 15. My eating and exercise has been off a little. I will try to get things back together this week |

| I'm having a very hard time getting out of the 70's it's like my body don't want me to lose weight. I have a very complex metabolism ,but with patience and consistency I will accomplish my goal eventually hopefully 1lb at a time. It's really slow process. | |

| I don't know if my scale is broken her not yesterday morning it said 177 then around 9 last night 180 then last week 172. I'm confused I can't get out of the 70 lane. | |
