Final results in. Sadly I failed to meet the goal, only losing .7% body fat during the period.

Plan: I will achieve this goal through a combination of healthy eating and daily exercise.

Healthy Eating:
Drinking: Only water. No more than 3 alcoholic drinks per week.
Breakfast: Eliminate bacon. Eat eggs/fruit/vegetables. When out, make healthy choices (no pancakes/french toast/fried chicken & waffles).
Lunch: Generally order in. Focus on healthier options than normal. Limit portion size by over-ordering and spreading across multiple meals.
Dinner: Cooking healthy or light snack light fruits/vegetables.
Dessert: None

Exercise:
Krav Maga: 1-2x per week
Workout: 5-6x per week for 20-30 minutes. Consider personal trainer 2-3x per week for the month.
