Week 32 of 52

desposi commits to:
*Train with Shad's Self talk each and every day for min of 15mins a day (or 1 thing at least a day) but I aim to do all 4 of them each day starting first thing in the morning.
*Employ situational self talk in each and every moment of my day and my writing and my journaling to set high performance habits and standards for my self
*Strategically plan out the self talk i wish to change and complete the exercises in the book "how to talk when you talk to your self"

After some Cptsd that I’m slowly healing from, I fell off but that part is not my fault as it disconnects one from their emotional search engine (working memory) that allows one to motivate to move forward.

So I’m back at it and doing career and self esteem stuff.

It’s hard to stay committed to when your feeling shame fog and negativity, it still is helpful but you got to ensure your not like negative flavor of ice cream in your head running a loop.

This is where it helpful to “trash talk” your self because your musterbating your self.

I am working on home work to get my development moving forward,not the only self development hw I have but I this book is on the desk to go through and will be done otherwisehave been using the app daily.
