Using the end of my evening meal as the antecedent to a relaxing healthy evening routine to set me up for success the next day. After dinner I will commit to: cleaning the kitchen, doing some yoga, showering, brushing my teeth, and relaxing with James and Ronnie.

Today was meant to be a good day for working towards squashing the self sabotaging routine that I have got myself into. Specifically, avoiding doing things that are good for me, that I get a lot of short and long term benefit from doing, and set me up for a good day the next day; and also, binging/eating mindlessly and unnecessarily when maintaining or even losing a bit of weight is preferable and would help me in so many ways. The reasons to change are stacking up and I am getting so fed up of keeping myself in this cycle.
