| Dammit. I'm not going to make my goal tomorrow. I completely forgot about this while on vacation and now it's going to really hurt me today. I was 153 the other day and now I'm back down to 150.4. At least I got things figured out going back to the gym now but ouch this has been a very costly lesson. | |
