						 - Committed user success report
						Very successful week.
-Great time at my conference last week. Made some really good connections and potential opportunities for research collaborations
-Back at it this week. Students are collecting data for posters they will present in early June.
Overall my committment went well. My tenure materials are in order (in relation to May deadline), I had a great experience at my AOCS conference, I have three research projects on track for students to present for June conference (CERM).

						 - Committed user success report
I am currently at my American Oil Chemists' Society conference. I participated in speed networking, caught up with colleagues, and chair a session in which I will present my research later today. My students have directions on how to continue research this week and we are in a position to have at least 2 out of the 3 student posters ready to present for my next conference in June. One group of students may require their poster to be pulled from the conference but that is due to the students not following through on work and not due to an inability of myself to provide direction and support.
