My goal is to be on my phone less throughout the day. Currently, my average screen time is 3 hours per day. I would like to get it down to 45 minutes a day by the end of my goal. I will measure this using my "screen time" app on my iPhone that tells me how many hours I have been on my phone. I will record this in a journal once every day.
