My posture has really improved and so too has my level of functioning. 6 solid hours of putting in the garden and no back pain the next day. Only slight tightness in the back of my legs: amazing!! |

Change of weather has been a challenge. Thought I was starting strong. And while I am, there is still going to be an adjustment to warmer temps. Using the exercises in activities of daily life. Big improvement in posture. My riding has also improved: horse is responding much better. Woo hoo. |

Incorporating exercises into activities of daily life rather than spending individual time on them. Weather drastically improved and I am physically working out 8 hours straight. Completely exhausted but not having the regular ache/pain onset of Spring. So I don’t think my report is fair but it is accurate. |

Pulled an additional muscle in my back on Monday. Slipped and fell on ice Saturday. Very gimpy this week. Since I started this to alleviate back pain, it seems I’m failing miserably. Back to it next week. Soldier On. |
