josthorn commits to:
No refined sugar unless it's within the form of fuel for runs. Specific things that will not be consumed include ice cream, energy drinks, candy bars, deserts with added sugar, cereal, bread. Maple syrup, dates, and honey permitted.
Things to eat often are my cheap keto plan and probiotic foods. Intermittent fasting also encouraged.
