Hmmm. Breakfast and vitamins go together for me. Well, cereal, milk and vitamins. I've trained myself to reach for the vitamin jar at the end of eating and swallow the vitamin with the leftover milk. I'll admit, that was more fun when I was eating Cocoa Krispies.
I had cereal for lunch today and had to be very careful not to take that vitamin which I took this morning after drinking a smoothie.
I wish you good luck with these two goals and encourage you to believe you can do both at the same time.

Ugh. Totally tanked on this goal this past week. Trying to improve but I haven't made it a habit at all. I think maybe having it be two tasks is throwing me off -- breakfast AND vitamins? That's just too much to handle... )
